By purchasing, transferring, or possessing tickets to any event hosted by House of Reverie, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept any portion of this agreement, we ask that you refrain from purchasing tickets or attending our events.
Policy Revisions
House of Reverie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our official website (www.houseofreverie.co) and will apply to all ticket purchases made on or after the revised date. Updates to ticket policies or event details may also apply retroactively to previously issued tickets.
Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices are listed on the respective event page, are fixed per guest, and are non-negotiable. Applicable Georgia state tax will be added at checkout. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another named attendee up until one month prior to the event.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal emergencies, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare case of event cancellation due to factors beyond our control, House of Reverie may, at its sole discretion, opt to reschedule the event, provide partial or full refunds, or propose alternative accommodations.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another named individual up until two weeks prior to the event. Transfer instructions and deadlines will be outlined with the initial ticket release. Tickets cannot be transferred to future House of Reverie events.
Age Requirement
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. Entry will not be granted to individuals under 21.
Ticket Holder Responsibility
Once tickets are issued, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for their safekeeping. House of Reverie is not liable for lost tickets. Should you misplace your ticket, please contact us at least one week prior to the event for a replacement.
Personal Liability
House of Reverie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, nor liable for any injury sustained on the premises or during the course of any event.
Official Ticket Source
Tickets are only available through our official website (www.houseofreverie.co). Any tickets obtained through unauthorized platforms are considered invalid and may be denied at entry.
Ticket Use Limitations
Tickets are intended for personal use only and may not be duplicated, resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorized promotional use, including contests or giveaways, is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation.
Non-Redemption Clause
Event tickets hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for goods, services, or future event credit.
Investigations & Violations
House of Reverie retains the right to investigate any violations of these terms. In such cases, our decisions regarding enforcement and resolution will be final.
Revocable License
A ticket grants you a limited, revocable license to attend the specified House of Reverie event. This license may be withdrawn at any time, without refund, at the sole discretion of the organizer.
Losses & Medical Emergencies
We are not responsible for financial loss, medical complications, or physical injuries that may occur during or related to your attendance. Any exchange rate discrepancies on refunds are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Identification Requirement
You must present a valid government-issued ID along with your ticket at entry. By doing so, you affirm that the information is accurate and current.
Photography & Media Consent
House of Reverie will document events via photo and video for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you grant us the right to use your likeness in such media, which may be shared with attendees for personal use. Any guest-captured content may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior approval.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, outside alcohol, weapons, and disruptive or indecent behavior. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and invalidation of your ticket.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a ticket, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for any reason related to the event.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement between a ticket holder and House of Reverie, our decision will stand as final. If necessary, we reserve the right to seek resolution via a neutral third-party arbiter.
