Placement within the House is limited and considered.

SELECTION & CONSIDERATION

Final selections for vendors, performers, and featured collaborators will be made no later than August 31, 2026.

If selected, you will receive a confirmation with next steps.

A limited number of support roles—such as day-of assistants—may be confirmed closer to the event, including in the weeks or days prior as needs arise.

If you do not receive a response by this date, your application will remain on file for future chapters.

WHAT WE SEEK

We are currently accepting submissions from:

  • Fine artists (illustration, painting, calligraphy, printmaking)

  • Jewelry and wearable creators (artisan or fantastical in nature)

  • Boutique apothecaries and perfumeries

  • Writers, bookbinders, and creators of printed ephemera

  • Curated vintage or bespoke accessories

  • Objects of intrigue—oddities, curios, and handmade works

At this time, we are not accepting applications for:

  • Cosplayers or character performers

  • Bartending, catering, or hospitality services

  • Floristry, event planning, or production vendors

  • DJs, lighting/sound providers, or photo booth services

PLACEMENT & DETAILS

Selected vendors will receive:

  • One 6-foot table

  • Black linen table covering

  • A designated placement within the Reverie Market

  • Access to scheduled setup and breakdown windows

  • Two merchant passes (ball-equivalent access for the full event)

Additional vendor passes may be purchased at a reduced rate.

All elements of the evening are included within the vendor placement.

A placement fee of $250 will be required upon acceptance.

Vendors are expected to design their displays with intention—
ensuring each space feels cohesive with the atmosphere of the House: bespoke, immersive, and in dialogue with the world around it.
